Inside the Virtual Studio you will have access to everything you need to relieve stress, feel invigorated, soothe anxiety, boost depression, strengthen your body, and calm your mind. 

Joining the virtual studio gives you the ability to practice at home, at work, or travelling so you can keep connected and inspired where ever you are and whenever you need it. 

To be sure to suit your needs, the movement and meditations vary in length from 3 minutes to 90 minutes, also giving you the option to tailor the practice specifically to you too!

About Megan

Megan Campbell is a highly respected yoga and spiritual teacher who has been guiding classes, training’s, and workshops for over a decade. She is the founder and Creatrix of Sacred Movement School Canada, leadership and yoga training’s exclusively for women. Over the years Megan has transformed the lives of women around the world as a philanthropist who has raised over $350,000 for organizations that support women and girls locally and abroad through yoga initiatives and service trips. Megan is the recipient of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee medal, credited as an Agent of Peace from Nippissing University, and named an Amazing Person by CTV. She is the host of TV’s ‘Megan Campbell’s Yoga for Women’. Megan is a passionate kundalini, prana vinyasa, and yin yoga teacher and is committed to empowering, healing, and transforming her own life in order to gift others with the tools to do the same.
